Hay guys i need some help. i just picked up a new sled hoping to make a quick buck, and its kicking my ###. i got it in my shop thinking all it needed was a carb clean. and the worked. i went for a quick ride(really quick .7 mi) brought it back to the shop let it run whyle i went in to open the door and it died. pulled it back in the shop and it wouldent start. checked spark and there wasnt any so i bypassed the kill switch and had spark. (i had to adjust the throttle cable so the safty switch was working) and i tried to start it and it was really boggy i had to hold the throttle all the way open to get it to start. so i pulled the carb back off to look over everything and it was all good. it has new plugs new gas air screw is 1 1/4 turn out i dunno anyone have any ideas? Anything i missed?

so i went to look at it today and it fired up great. let it idel for a litte whle and it would die out. checked the plugs and they were wet. pilot jet was .35 its suposto be .30 so maby thats the problem makes sense i guess.

Have you got to ride it now?

no there wasnt anyplace open to buy a new jet in town :confused: . it will have to wait till monday

have you checked crank case seals? Crank case to Fuel pump hose for leaks? Fuel pump? any sort of vaccum leak?

ya i sprayed some carb clean all around down there and didnt notice anything
