how do the skidoo snowcross helmets run (big, small, right on????). my head size is right between large and x-large

I don't know about the snowcross helmets, but I just got a modular 2 and it runs small. The size charts said I should need an xl - ended up getting a xxxl. Go to a dealer and try some on.

They run small. Their snowcross helmets are Scorpon VX-14s. I wear a Large Arctic Cat TXi helmet (and I wear a fleece balcava under it) but my XL VX-14 fits snug without a balcava. I've found the same to be true with the HJC motocross helmets too.

they feel small because they have alot of padding for when falling off the sled.
at first it will feel tight but after awhile you get use to it and becomes very comfortable.

this is in inches- just measure around your head, mine was a xl.
