I could have used you a few years ago in Wawa. We were way north (I don't remember the town) when two guys in my group crashed. One had no damage the other tore the crap out of his suspension. We milked it back to a small little town/village and found a garage that was closed. The owner told us we could pay him to use his shop and tools but he was not working. Nobody knew how to weld and this guy had an old portable gasoline powered stick welder. I had watched people weld before but never done it. We beat the ski straight and I had to weld a piece of angle to it to hold every thing somewhat in line. It literally looked like the tin man vomited on the sled but it held and I have never tried to weld anything since. The funny part was on the way to town after the wreck (before the repairs) the bent ski was throwing snow right in the guys face for about 10 miles. He didn't laugh then near as much as we were, he laughs a little about it now.
