Hey guys, my 79' exciter is melting the sole of my boot on the exhaust side. any suggestions on how to save my feet??? thanks

Get some sheet metal and try to make a heat shield of some sorts possibly?
Also might wanna ask in the vintage sled section... some guys there may have a fix for it.
