Perform a brake fluid flush using DOT 4 brake fluid. The brake fluid is probably contaminated with moisture allowing the moisture to heat up faster than the brake fluid and allowing the moisture to expand the fluid at a quicker rate applying your brakes.

second sled huh? too weird. i`d make sure the rotor is floating properly and then pull off the caliper and push back the piston.... is it tight in spots? i`m bettin the piston is sticking in the bore, thats more likely than a master cylinder failure with your symptoms.

I had a buddy have the same problem after a brake fluid flush.
The problem was the master clyinder, it would apply presure to the caliper but not let it release.
We took the master off the sled and cleaned it with brake clean and blew it out with compressed air. reinstaled it and bleed the system and it was Ok
