First of all, this sled has 3200 miles on it, it has v force 3 reeds, and D&D clutch kit.

1. What should my highest RPM's be, I am seeing around 9000 on the guage.

2. When at low idle my tachometer/RPM guage backlight blinks in and out, possibly too low idle, if so how to adjust idle on the EFI?

3. I will be replacing the track over the summer, should I replace the driveshaft bearings while I have the track off or if I inspect them and they look good don't worry about it???

That is it for now, I'm sure i can come up with some more questions after a few runs. Thanks to anyone who answers to this post.

Not sure what the RPM's are supposed to be on that engine.

You can adjust the idle with a little screw that is between the 2 throttle bodies. If you have to adjust it alot, you might need to take up the extra slack in the throttle cable.

If you are taking the track out anyway, I wouldn't miss that opportunity to change the bearings out on both ends of the drive shaft, even if they look good.

I had f6 last year and my rpm was 7800 to7900 that was with a D&D kit factory rev is between 8200 /8300 yours at 9000rpm all you are doing is way over reving

If I remember right, you should be reving around 8000-8100. I have it wrote down here somewhere and will see if I can find it. So at 9000 you are REALLY overreving. I would say the clutch kit has seen better days,,,
As mentioned above,,, if your gonna have the track out anyway, just change the driveshaft bearings,,, if your old ones are still pretty good, you can keep them for spares if you choose,,,,, but at the price of them, I would just pitch them and buy new for your next changing.
I would go through that suspension with a fine toothed comb while you have it out too,,, if the shocks havent been rebuilt recently (within the last year), thats probably the time to take care of them also.
You cant miss your throttle adjustment,,, big white knob with phillips head slots in the top of it. It sits right between your 2 throttle bodies. clockwise to increase your idle.

I would check your helix slide shoes in secondary ASAP! I blew up my rotax 670 because these were worn and sled was over revving on wot pass down lake last year. Three slide shoes at $0.99 vs. $600.00 for new top end! Just my two cents worth.

Thank everyone for all the input turns out, it only revs that high on the analog hand on the tach, not the digital readout, digital readout is around 8200 RPM. Thanks to all
