I have a 2000 mxz600 with a dynoport pipe,v-force reeds,and i have a mild porting job.I run the stock track with 144 1" studs.I am about 225lbs.I currently run 23/43 gearing, 50degree helix, 14gram pins, pink/white spring,and 280 ramps.I have 18lbs. on the secondary, and like to run about 8200rpms.This set-up doesn't seem to pull on the top.Any suggestions.I run at sea-level.

Take out the 280 ramps as they are only good for 5-600ft drags

I strongly recommend that you try a more graduale ramp like a cf1 or really a second choice a 145 and you will most likly need a little more spring in the area of 250 on the low side to as high as 450 on the big end, maybe start with a 260/420 and add some pin. good luck

With that set up try using 293x ramps or the 296x ramps. Both ramps will work really well. The 296x will rev a little bit more on top end, somewhere around the 8400 rpm with the adjuster set on #4 where the 293x's will spin around 8200 rpms at the same setting. Both ramps will pull hard all the way to the top!
