: Track Adjusting Question

Last weekend I installed my new track, and putting the motor back together tonight and tomorrow morning, I was thinking of bringing the sled to a dealer to align the track but id rather do it myself this way it will be ready to go tomorrow (hopefully) I read 20 to 30 pounds weight with 3/4 to 1 " space in the middle what to i need to to the make it run true? all help is appreciated.

Hi, my sleds I measure from the rear shaft to a bolt to get it close. then i run it in the air and make the necessary adjustments till its right!

16 pounds {use a fish scale} and spec is 1 3/8 at the bottoming out bumper.

Thats what I doo and check the track at the back to have the same on each side of the wheels.
