Is there a recall or service bullentin that has been released lately (this fall) for needle changes in the carbs of 02 MZX800's for excessive fuel consumption?

Yes there is, they also had an earlier one too for reprograming the MPEM.

There is also a new spring for the secondary.. My buddy just had his done.. Recoil,new needle, new secondary spring.

Dealer says they cannot find a service bulletin on the needles or the secondary spring for the 02's. Anybody have a service bulletin number they can share? ???

actually i think it was an MPEM recablibration. no needle thilng.

Look on this site under the Sled Info heading and check in service bulletins and recalls,there is info for your sled here.
