More of a for your information posting. *I know there has been a lot of talk lately about coolant, especially in the 580 motors. *I found myself loosing fluid. *After I got done riding I could smell it burning. *Look down by the pull start and the coolant hose has been rubbing against the pull start since day 1 and put a small hole in the hose. *Probably something you guys may want to look for, it would really suck to find this while your out in the trails. *At least it is an easy fix.

does your sled have a plastic shield around the hose,my 96 ZR580 does and that protects the rubber hose from chafing.
