Hello everyone just got back from a disappointing weekend of riding in the upper lower penn. After talking to a couple locals we were told the trails have not been groomed in well over a month and a half due to financing issues. The DNR made their presence known in Hillman waiting for the sledders at the trail head for the railroad bed there. On the way home the 5 0's were out in full force. They had good snow on the two tracks and were getting more as we left but the trail conditions were poor to fair.
