Despite the recent warm temperatures the area has seen, this weekend's Mayville I.C.E. Festival is on pace to occur as scheduled.Everything is a go, Deborah Marsala,coordinator of the Mayville/Chautauqua Chamber of Commerce said.The vendors and events have committed to be there.'There will also be a snowball-throwing distance contest and a snowman-building contest for cash prizes, snow permitting.The flare parade will be by snowmobile unless too much of the snow melts, in which case it will be done by four-wheeler.
