Does anyone know what the gearing on a 2003 ZR 900 is?

The early release 03 900 is 24/39 and they changed it to 25/40 for production (I think)

24/39 for early release, 26/41 for this years. Last years was running out of gear too easy. If you want reverse only 24/39 is available. ;)
