Just purchased 95 ext 580 efi, starts hard cold, it dies 2-3 times before finally idleing up 1500 rpm after 10-15 seconds. It starts & runs fine when warm, put new battery in & checked voltage over 12, over 14 when running. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Afraid I might really have problems when it get cold! Thanks guys!

Check for air leaks, especially the intake boots.
