I'm in need of a new pair of boots for the coldest part of our winter(-35 deg C)
What do you fellows in the colder areas wear?

One thing is do not buy any boot w/out trying t on first. I was at the Novi show and do to my wide foot not one pair i tried fit me even close. Don't know where I'll finally find a boot to fit but keep it in mind. And there sizing is way off from shoes.

I've said it once, and I'll say it again. I think that Rocky's are the best boots you can buy. They are 100% waterproof and are very warm. Just go to a sporting goods store and check out the different styles. And get one that suits your needs. You'll be very happy with them.

I bought Baffins last year. For a change, I never had cold feet all year. My previous boots (Sorels) were nowhere near as warm.

I'm with 02MXZ, Rocky's all the way, lightweight but warm, waterproof, and comfortable.

Rocky's for all of the above stated reasons, and they do double duty during hunting season. I have Zero complaints with my rocky's

I also have Rockys. Multi-purpose boots. I use them for bow hunting, sledding, shoveling, pheasant hunting etc. Feet stay dry and warm always.

For ice fishing and gun deer season(when I,m on stand) I use the Red Ball pac boots, very warm.
