i have a 78 eltigra that blows a lot of oil out the exhuast. last year it used a tank of fuel in an hour. runs ok till it gets warmed up then i have to keep the throttle open and or pump it to keep it running. the gas and oil mix is good but i just can not get it to run well. can anybody help? i love to ride and want to fix it if i can.

When was the last time the carb or carbs where rebuilt or cleaned?

they were boiled 2 years ago and it really hasnt ran well since..not too happy about that..dont think they tested it . but i took them apart a few times to blow them out and they seem to be clean

Check out your chokes real good. May have a sticky one there.
