Alrighty,,, As many of you know, my daughter is 40+ weeks pregnant. We went to the Doctor today and tomorrow night she will be induced if nothing happens prior to 8:00 p.m. tomorrow. She is excited, nervous, anxious and very ready for this baby to be born.

I have to tell you I'm a flat out a nervous wreck ! This is snowmutt's and my first Grandbaby. I'm anticipating that the baby will be born on Thursday May 29th.

I plan on going to work tomorrow and coming home to try and take a nap ( I doubt that will happen) and then off we go to the hospital.

I will keep you all posted as soon as our bundle of joy is here. btw, we already know it's a boy. :wink:

Ok....Well, it was a long labor for my daughter but the baby was born last night at 8:23pm. He's a very healthy baby boy ! I'm very proud of him and my daughter. He weighed 8.12 oz. His name is Nolan. So I am officially and Nana now..lol

Both mom and baby are doing fine !

Congratulations. My Mother was excited when she became a grandma also. She has had "Grandma Day" with our daughter since she was 9 weeks old. She is 8 now and still does it and has started with our 1 yr old now to. Enjoy.

Thank You all... He is precious indeed. After a good night's sleep I was back up there today and he and mom and Dad all get to go home tomorrow. Then thier fun begins huh? lol.

Dont know if that will happen..well I might get one for me to play with:blush:. But being a boy I have a feeling that everyone will have him up to his neck in ball sports since thats the thing here, except for me. Will see ,I might just wait till he's old enough and go right to a full size if he is intreasted then.
