I would like to update the secondary clutch on my 95 zr 580 to a roller. I know I need the parts from a 97 zr 440. What parts do I need? Do I just need the bolt on plate with the rollers? Do I need to change the spring or the helix?

I would try it with what you have first. They used different Helix's depending on the year they were 53, 51, and 49 degrees. They seem to always use the yellow driven spring with the exception of the use of the red/white in 2000. I think you'll be fine using the helix you have with the driven spring you have. Good Luck.

I did it on my 97cougar. Worked great. I picked up a used clutch from slavage with both halves and the cover. I just used my stock, helix and spring.
