I am wondering if anybody has had trouble with their 2004 - 600 & 800 EFI Artic Cat Mtn Cat.

We seem to have had a bunch of problems. The latest on is we have had to get our Chain Case replaced and Artic Cat would not cover it under warranty.

So I am wondering if anybody else has had problems with their Crank shaft/chain case and if they got it covered under the warranty.

P. S. we only have around 600 miles on them (pretty bad):

What was wrong with your chaincase that you had to replace it? My 2004 900 mt cat has a leak in the chaincase that I can't seem to fix. I wondered if there is a crack in it or a casting flaw. What did your new chaincase cost you?
