Hello,
Thank you for checking this post.
The sled is basically a stock 1998 ZRT600.
I am looking for the best combo out there for tuning my carbs and clutches.
Preferrably a list of parts that I can get from Arctic Cat.
What primary clutch weights, spring color, and secondary clutch helix angles, and spring color will work the best?
What pilot, needle and jetting to use?
Thank You. :)

Don't know your temps or elev but for 0-2000ft try this:
Maroon primary spring 185-320
Red sec spring,second hole
55 gram weights, 57/50 helix
320 mains-check wash!!!!!
You want to make it pull around 8200 with hot pipes.
All this is assuming stock pipes and intake tract. Hope this helps.

You should state what your tuning for: racing (5,6,1000), radar runs, trail, etc...

I just picked up a 98 ext tripple from my brother in totally stock form. I 'm running a cat 0/W primary spring pt#0646-248, comet AC 57.1 gram weights, 53 deg. helix pt. #0648-002, red/white sec spring pt#0648-114 in middle hole I also removed 1 washer from under the drive clutch spider, #35 pilot jets air screws 1 - 1 1/2 turns out the rest of the carbs are stock for 0 to -20 deg at 1000ft ele.
engages at 4800 throtle up fast -5600 reving up slowly, shift is 8300-8400 rpm
