I dropped my old rusted skis off at a sandblaster about a month ago. He said he had a big project to do so it might take a little longer but they should be ready in 2 weeks. Obviously a month is quite different than 2 weeks. I would be fine with the delay but theres another problem. I've tried calling him about 10 times (once every day or so) for the past 2 weeks. He said he would give me a call when they were finished but he hasn't called yet or returned any of my calls. I only get his answering machine and I leave a message. How long should I wait until i take action? By the way this man has a private business by himself at his house. I was thinking if they aren't done or he doesnt respond within a month, I will take action. Does this sounds reasonable to you?

try calling from a different phone number and see if he picks up the phone then!
