My daughters Phaser will only go about 10 MPH. I have cleaned the carbs thre times, installed new stock jets and haven't had any success. There haven't been any modifications done to the sled. I did bypass the TORS still the same. When I freespin, sled on stand, she still bogs stumbles. I try to adjust the carb but the idle is constantally erratic. I removed the carb boots and sprayed the insides with low pressure shop air. No leaks. I would appreciate any insight as this has been an awesome first sled for my daughter.

What do the plugs look like after you try running it hard ? They will tell you if you have too much or too little fuel. Black plugs could mean loss of ignition voltage, or carbs way too rich for some reason. And white and dry plugs could mean a lean fuel problem or possiably a vacume leak. Just make sure you use the plugs as a tell tail sign. Also if this is just happening since you pulled it out of storage this year make sure the exhaust is not plugged up. Mice can plug them up tight, and the symptoms are very simmular. Hope this helps.
