Any suggestions for a stud length for a 99 Polaris Indy 500? It has a 1" lug. Also, any cheap stud recommendations?

In my opinion ACCORD studs are the best made. The Hedgehog stud has the longest carbide insert of any stud on the market. Lifetime gaurented, and very reasonable priced.

A good friend of mine has a E-Bay store and sells these studs. His web site is www.johnmaster.com . Or you can go through his store on E-bay and( buy it now). Or give me a holler and I will get you set-up !! From what I can remember the studs go for $1.00-$1.50 a stud including backer plates and nuts.

Tell John I Brook Rodenbeck sent you !

When you look at the studs on his web site they are listed for the track thickness. As in 1" track, the studs will be 1 1/4". So in other words buy the studs by the track thickness. Studs are sold at 1/4" longer then the thickness of the track. Good luck, you will be very satisfied with these studs!!!

You need 1.075" studs, do not go any bigger on a 1" track, are you sure you have a 1" track? My 99 has a 3/4" track, double check your lug height

You need to measure the entire thichness of the track on a lug. Inside of track to the tip of a lug. NOT just the lug height !
