ANybody: Decided to install electric start units on my new SkiDoo 800HO Highmark and my wifes macnine. Everything hooked up just fine until OOOOP's.. Pulled the clutch and the flywheel for starter is to small and will not work...Dealer is contacting Bombardier for a fix. Wondering if anyone ilse is having or had this problem :hallo1:

:D My dealer messed up and ordered the wrong starter unit for my 800HO. They forgot about it having the new cluth...... :cussing:

OK INSTALLING THE ELECTRIC START SOUNDS GOOD BUT
I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS
USUALY DUE TO BOLTS IN CLUTCH OR MOUNTING BOLTS
COMEING LOOSE.
I PERSONALY WOULD LET THE DEALER INSTALL THEM SO
THAT THEY HAVE TO STAND BEHIND THE INSTILATION.
ALSO IF YOU INSTALL THEM YOURE SELF USE
LOCK TITE 602 STUD LOCKER
I THINK SKIDOO RECOMENDS 271 LOCK TITE BUT IT
ISNT AS STRONG AS THE 602 STUD LOCKER.
