Hi, Looking for help. My '01 ZR 800 floods in the crankcase overnite.
Doesn't seem to be running rich, but after sitting overnite or for several days, the crank gets loaded with gas. I've changed the carbs and rebuilt the fuel pump. Still no good

the float seat isnt closeing, my guess, i would put a fuel shut off on it.
Need to replace needle and seat in carbs... Or turn of fuel everytime done riding..G

Yes all these guys are correct. The needleand seat needs to be replaced in the carbs. Placing a fuel shut-off is only putting a bandage on the problem, and not fixing it correctly.

Air Bleed is plugged in carb. When this happens the carb keeps siphoning gas once the engine is shut off. Take plastic stuff out of carb. Soak in carb cleaner for 5 - 15 minutes (check service manual). Dip into scaulding hot water. Blow out with compressed air. should be good.
