Well boys, I have been a long time cat man, but lately I feel that a change is needed. I'm feeling like cat doesn't have anything for me anymore.

My choices-

2009 Crossfire 800 sno pro
2009 MXZ 800

I haven't ridden either of them but am going to hopefully soon. I will be buying a new sled next year so I have some time to research and hem and haw over each. I ride in the ditches, trails, lakes. I enjoy carving in the deep stuff the most. I pretty much do it all and my ZR 800 is getting old and tired. Please give me the good, the bad, and the ugly about the crossfires.

Thanks,

D

ya i can imagine how you feel as for new sleds the only way to go ski doo is to get a rev all though i am a die hard cat fan i cant be ignorant and say that the rev chasis isnt on the top of the market and are a blast to ride. however i will never own anything other than a cat if you do go yellow you gadda go rev but i have ridden a crossfire 600 and it was a very enjoyable ride very quick and a great all around sled. im looking to trade my zr for a firecat and if i were to get any cat it yould be a firecat or a crossfire. but as i would recomend i would go with the crossfire due to it being a cat and me being loyal. see if there is anybody you know or a dealer with either of these sleds and take a test run but like i say go green
