Took thermostat out and still overheats do the water pumps go bad in these or should I look somewhere else Thanks in advance Kirk

make sure all air bubbles are out, jack the front of the sled up about 12 -24 inches take cap off, cover the top of your mag side of the motor so you dont get fluids inside magneto. it took me a little while to get the air out. feel the back heat exchanger to see if its getting warm. i also squeazed the hoses alittle to help get air out. also did you replace the thermostat? if not i would. there about 40 to 50 bucks thow.

Thanks the sled overheated while riding I think it's the water pump I will start it and see if the heat exchangers are getting warm that should tell me if the pump is working thanks Kirk ? where is the water pump located in the engine

front bottom of the engine,cant miss it, theres a drain sticking out towards front of the sled.
