the reverse wont kick in aswell.it all happen at the same time???????

It sounds like there is a fault in the engine grounding circuit. The single cause of that is likely the black wire (ground). It connects close to the CDI with a plug-together connector. If that's connected, follow the wire to make sure it isn't broken somewhere else.

I meterd out the black wirer . it is working .i was told it could be the stator ,is that possibly? thanks for trhe help

How are you metering the black? That wire should show "open" from the wire plug near the CDI going out toward the switches. Turning any of the switches "off" should complete the circuit (which provides the engine grounding "kill" feature) when the wire is plugged into the CDI/stator coil end of things. I'm not sure what the wiring looks like for the reverse, but perhaps a fault in those wires could also create a permanent open condition.
