I have a question What would win in a race a 1994 ski-doo safari 377cc or a 1996 polaris 340cc.

I have a 1996 Indy Lite that runs pretty well. Peppy little machine. I know the polaris will get the hole shot because those safaris spin too damn much. Top end the Indy runs about 72mph, but I am not sure of the Safari.

Are you sure about the polaris doing 72mph? My 96 formula s will the about that and a 340 won't keep up, and my old 89 safari was a great machine, till I started driving it, everything on that machine screwed up except the motor, lol. motor was in perfect shape, we sold it about 2 weeks ago though. the suspension crumpled, lights, chassis, couldn't handle me, lol. But it was fast.

Since you talking about the 94 377,that is in a very heavy Safari Independant chassis

Those Indy lites are quick for 340s

I know of a guy with Indy Sport 340 had radared 73mph on ice

Average speed for those 377/340 sled is 60-65on radar and 70speedo
