I have a 2001 500 XC/SP and the fuel pump part number is 2520135.

I just called my dealer for a fuel pump rebuild kit and he told me that they are not offered and that I would have to buy a new one for $95.00

Is this true ???

If they are a Mikuni fuel pump I don't know why you could not get one. You can get rebuild kits for Mikuni fuel pumps from Royal Distributing in Canada so I imagine that Dennis Kirk has them in the US.
