It starts up perfect on first pull and idles but i give it throttle and it just bogs right out and the sled does not even make an effort to move. i have had the sled for about five years now. Just had it out running this year a few times so it has fresh gas and plus i just cleaned the carbs. i took it out one day and it ran alright then the next day this. And it still is a hell of a sled when it runs right.

That sounds just like the TSS acting up. You need a bypass plug to be able to test the if the TSS is the problem. The bypass plug jumps the enclosed connector to the middle open connector on the three prong connector near the base of the handle bars. The jumper, bypass plug will disable the TSS and the kill switch. The typical fix for the TSS is to replace the plastic bushings on the throttle pivot pin. Remove the pivot pin and clean evrything out down the hole with WD-40, or the like, and use soem dialectric grase to help keep water and gunk out of the switch. Reinstall the pivot pin with new bushings and all should be good. Keep the bypass plug with the sled incase it acts up again. teh bushings will cost less than a coupe of buck and take a few minutes to R&R.
