hey ski doo fans!! i am going to be in the market for a 03 or 04 rev 600 next season but i have some things about the front suspention that isn't so good. my bro who works at a yamaha dealer said that the a arms bend and its a fortune to fix them! i do mostly trail riding but tend to do some off trailing and alot of boon docing! i do jump but not too huge. maybe 25 footers max. am i going to bend them?

i talked to a guy who has a bent a arm and he said it doesn't affect performance it just sits at a lil angle. any info is greatly appreciated!! thanks alot guys!!

Your brother must work at a Yamaha shop with alot of abusive REV owners then, as REV A-Arms are no more likely to bend than any other. I boondock and ride aggressively and haven't had an issue.

As far as a bent A-Arm not affecting performance, I find it hard to believe. I've ridden sleds with bent arms and they shake like crazy.

i've travelled 10,000 miles on a rev and haven't bent one. i have seen a couple bent from stopping at a tree while the sled kept going.
