Did a search in the forum on this, but couldnt find anything other than rebuilding clutches/springs,etc... I am trying to get the bottom end apart, but need to remove the clutch assembly off the crankshaft. I have the main center bolt loose, but cant seem to get the clutch assy off the shaft itself. Do I need any specials tools to remove, without damaging?
Thank you for any advice/info

yes you need a clutch puller. What it does is go into that existing hole that the bolt was removed and as it tightens it pushes against the crank shaft to pop the cluth off. It will not come off without this tool. sorry Dennis Kirk sells them online for about $30-40.

Thanks Foxstoy...I appreciate the info. I am taking the bottm end to the local Polaris dealer to have him pop the flywheel soopefully they can pull the clutch off for me as well. Have to invest in the clutch puller after I get this rebuilt...$$$$ adding up quick...lol.
Thx again!!

Dealer should have one and if you figure you wont have to pay shipping it will be about the same cost. Have fun
