I've been trying to find a service manual for my 1999 XLT touring.. polaris doesn't like to let out this info I guess..
anybody know where I can buy one ?

I have a manual which I purchased from Polaris. It may seem pricey but well worth the $$ imo. If you can still order one from Polaris that would be the way to go. If not then Clymer probably has one although it may not be as good.
