can someone help me on this cleaned carbs checked spark and conections everything looks good wht is my problem also will not completely open up

does this sled have a battery for the fuel pump i have a sled that does and that was the problem also check out the piston rings

Check the throttle safety switch (TSS) by disconnecting the harness at the bottom of the steering collumn. I had the same problem, and with the TSS / Kill Switch disconnected, the bogging went away. It is highly recommended that if this is the problem, you replace the components. While it is disconnected, you have no TSS or Kill Switch!

Replace the components to the tune of $75 + dollars just so it can happen again in another year or two......
OR
You can just completely disable the TSS system and just be sure to check your throttle, making sure it moves freely before starting the sled each time...That should be done anyways reguardless if the TSS is operational or not.
To disable the TSS remove the velcro handle bar cover, cut the electrical tape at the seams of the styrofoam pad. Remove the styrofoam pad and look for a 3-wire harness that comes out of the throttle block assembly. It will have brown, purple, and yellow wires coming from it. On carbed ZR's it will be 3 wires coming out of the throttle block going to a 2-wire plug. If you slice the black plastic wire casing going around these 3 wires you will find that the yellow wire is simply spliced into the purple wire. Seperate the yellow wire from the purple one..use electrical tape to tape up the exposed part of the purple wire and also tape up the end of the now disconnected yellow wire.... TSS disabled while still having a kill switch for emergencies.
If you have a EFI ZR it is similiar...it is 3 wires coming out of the throttle block going into a 3 wire plug. Unplug the connector and either bend the midle pin over or use a piece of heat shrink tubing to cover the middle pin. Plug the 3 wire connector back in and enjoy not cutting out anymore while having a kill switch!
If for some reason you cannot bend out the middle pin or cover it with heat shrink tubing... cut and tape up the wire going to the middle pin of the plug ON THE THROTTLE BLOCK SIDE OF THE HARNESS. DO NOT CUT THE SLEDS MAIN HARNESS. Reason being is if you ever do decide to replace the TSS switch you will then have to fix the wire you cut out of the sled harness...if you only cut it on the throttle block side of the plug...replacing the throttle block will also replace the cut wire.

if your throttle isnt the problem check the clutch my friend has a 99 zr 600 and itd seem to die down but not stall then take off we took it to a shop and the clutch was burnt up. expensive yes but effective we got it back and it ripped. if the throttle isnt the problem look into the secondary

There is a 4 prong connector down by your recoil. If you unplug this, it will bypass all your electical safety switches in the entire sled. If you still have the problem, then you know it is not in a safety switch (any of them).
If the problem is not in the safety switches, I would start with the clutch as mentioned above. Its the easiest to look into. Lastly, I would compression check the motor, and make sure your carbs are in sync. Let us know what you come up with.

The typical fix for acting up TSS is to replace the plastic bushings on the throttle pivot pin. The problem is often with the little switch that is activated by the lateral movement of the throttle pivot pin when the throttle is first depressed. It should cost less than two bucks and take a just a few minutes to swap. Make sure you clean out the switch area with WD-40, or the like, and try adding dialectric grease to keep the gunk out.

I had same problem, you can tell when you are going and wiggle the throttle with your thumb, it will cut out and go. I just replaced the throttle assembly. Also did put in the plastic spacer someone else mentioned.
