Hi, my sled hasn't been running right and when I turn it over it will start and then die real fast. Then it just won't. I took the spark plugs out and they were black with oil. Now I have found 3 possible reasons for this; Excessive choking, Trouble in ignition system or piston rings. I am hoping it is just the choke and has been flooding. The only problem is I don't know how to set the choke on this sled. Can anyone help me with how to do this? Thanks.

Welcome to the site! And you should have a maunual choke on your console along with the speedometer etc. If you cannot find the choke then you either have a primer or a EFI system... Or check drain your oil and look in the bottom and look for the plugger (should be black) and push it in a bit. I cannot help much with this since this is an unfamiliar sled to me but I can help. And it also wouldnt hurt to check your piston rings. Im pretty sure its not the ignition system thats mainly for sending a spark to ignite the gas. If you do not understand any of this Try replacing your throttle cable. (It has alot to do with this it controls the amount of fuel/oil that gets to the combustion chamber).
