Well I hope someone in VT sees this!! The date today is 8-28-09. We are looking at property in the Champlain Islands section or even on the main land (Miltonboro, VT) and I was wondering what is the sledding like there? How long is the season and the average snowfall? We are also looking in Maine as well, but after taking an awesome vacation on Grand Isle recently and loved the lake, we are keeping our options open.
