Have a 2001 Grand touring 700 that starter quit working. Have checked starter, battery, Ignition switch, etc with my other Grand Touring all check good. When I have the ignition switch in the "run" position I get 8 volts at the starter silonoid. I also checked from battery ground to starter frame ground and have 8 volts there also. Sounds like a short but don't know where else to look?
