I am looking for the float specs on the 1994 arctic cat zr 440 .. on start up it is back firing out of the exhaust and my plugs are wet .. i am wondering what the float height is supposed to be hoping that is my problem

if you think its the floats...
maybe try bending the seat so it closes sooner/with less gas in the bowl.

yea thats what I was thinking but id like to have some numbers to reference to while I have the carbs apart again

does anyone have a shop manual ??? I ordered one today but wont be here till Friday or Saturday
