mxz 700 temp light comes on really soon when sitting still but usually went out. now when its on it doesnt go out as you travel through the powder snow. i quess it could be the thermostat any help would be thankful

Ask your dealer. I had a similar problem when I had a my Legend 700. I did some digging and I could either add a resistor into the wiring harness or went with the guage kit (which is what I did). I hate idiot lights.
