Statement released by the following companies
Life through the lens images photography bethel Maine
Mainely made calendars Maine
In cooperation and partnership with many sponsors (including subway of oxford Maine, AMI Club wear of California, Iloveswimwear of New Jersey, Blaisdell Brothers Racing of Dixfield Maine, Norway Sno Trackers of Maine, and others) Life through the lens images is proud to announce the project snowbunny shoot.
The photo shoot will take place on January 31st on Norway Lake located just outside Norway Maine. The shoot will be comprised of roughly 16 models, 2 photographers, a makeup artist, a hair stylist, a crew of volunteers and security for our shoot.
The shoot is taking place in very close proximity to the Norway Trackers sno fest, an annual event that takes place every year during the last weekend of January. This event includes a chowder fest, radar runs, and snowmobile racing as well as fun events for all to participate in.
The primary focus of the shoot is to build a snowmobile calendar the likes, which has never been attempted before. With no studio or fake models this calendar will be composed of real snowmobiles, real women, and real location photography. Best of all is the fact that all components of this calendar are in Maine, from Maine, and a party of Maine.
The calendar will feature bikini models on all four brands of snowmobiles, no one brand will be targeted so all four major brands will be represented fairly. The models will be wearing bathing suits provided by iloveswimwear out of New Jersey.
The shoot location will have a table setup where people can peruse our sponsors offerings, sign up for pre order of the finished calendar (all we need is name, email, and phone number) as well as other things.
The public is encouraged to come out and attend the sno fest as well as come by our shoot location, please be aware of some important information should you wish to do so.
The shoot area will be a secured location, the public is very welcome to watch from the barriers we will setup but will need to respect the security protocols in place by our team. Our security company has been informed to prohibit random photography as well as cell phone videos or anything of that nature. Persons found to be inside the cordoned area without explicit permission will be ejected from our shoot area immediately.
This event will most likely be televised as we have contacted the local media outlets and they were very receptive in their response. If you are a member of the media and wish to do an interview please contact us through our brand new public relations website by clicking here.
Members of the general public can find more detailed information by clicking here!
If you are a snowmobiler that would like your sled in our calendar please click here.
If you would like to enter our “name the calendar” contest please click here
If you would like to help with a neat contest and get lunch at the shoot as a prize click here.
We hope everyone can come out to the event on January 31st 2010 (unless there is a nor easter prohibiting travel we will be there) and members of the media are encouraged to come out on January 30th as our crew will be on site setting up location logistics and we can give interviews and set up times to return at that point. This will be a one of a kind event and we hope all can come out, feel free to release parts or this statement in its entirety in any way you see fit to whatever social media you wish to do so.
See you all out on the ice on the 31st!
