My skidoo mxz 700 isnt getting the RPMs it should. It only gets 7100 RPM at take off and drops down to 6600RPMS at full throttle and is only going about 70mph. I had the clutches checked there fine. New pistons and rings and pulled off the exhaust it runs the same. This has stumped everyone. Please help!

Are you hammering it on a fresh re-build? Everything is tight and not seated yet...could be asking for a boom if you don't break it in before hammering on it.

If your all broke -in then try the clickers on the primary(3 bolts on the cup). There's # settings with a line on the bolt head. Moving up by the #'s will increse the RPM's by 200, vise versa going down on the #.
DO NOT TAKE THE BOLT OUT ALL THE WAY!!, parts will fall out of place inside.

Are your carbs cleaned and adjusted correctly?, gearing been changed?...what about the belt??

ya check your belt. if its worn it will totally **** up the performance of a sled. its that or carb problems?
