Hi, I have a formula deluxe 583 1998 with oversize piston (40) from weisco. I saw that difference between "Z" and "DLX" is only carb size and I'm trying to change it on my snow. The fact is that I buy 2 formula Z 583 1996 carbs and those have bigger main jet than 98's ones. DLX 98 have mikuni 38, pilot jet 50 and main jet 260/270. Z 98 have mikuni 40, pilot jet 60 and main jet 260/280. Z 96 have mikuni 40, pilot jet 45 and main jet 340/340. What is the best setup for me and am I supposed to feel a big HP upgrade? Do I have to change the oil pump setup? Thanks!!
