Did you make it? Or is it from the old days? I remember being at a cottage & the owner ( guy that was quite a bit younger than me) saying he had something to show me. I was the oldest person there that night.

He goes down in the basement & comes back w/ a yellow plastic quart jug of 'doo oil. He had never seen one before. I said that was the way they sold oil bin the late 60s early 70s. Then the Blizzard oil came out in 500ml cans.

No Revrnd I did not make it but thanx for thinking I am so talented! I got it from my grampa who told me it was only given to dealers as a prize, in the late 60's early 70's. It used to have a little metal snowmobile and man on it but my grampa couldnt find it(he is 90+). The little snowmobile went in the wee hole on the top. It is numbered on the back A342. I thought it was pretty kool so my grampa gave it to me. :) I was just wondering if anyone else had one of these with the sled on it so I could see what it looks like. :) :) Also I was just showing off my brand loyalty again

Apparently that's an ash tray??? Not really sure since I dont smoke. But some that beautiful cannot be used as one. I think it would do just fine as a conversation piece. :)
I guess it could be a cookie container too. There are too many objects in the picture for this poor college student to decipher which you're talking about. ;)

does anybody remember the little yellow plastic ski-doo key chains the sleds had in the mid to late 60's. they were a little yellow sled with a hole in the backrest of the inch and a half long doo and a key chain though the hole.

My father had one. I think it was modeled after a Nordic.

A friend of mine still has one of those key chains Paul but it's a moto-ski.He's had it for ever. He's used it for every sled he's ever owned.

I don't know what that is, what kind of material is it? I fought this thing in my great-uncles garage. Anyone know what it is?

That is the cap that goes over the mini-airbox on a '67 - '70 Olympic one-lunger...most likely a '67. Wanna sell it???

How much is it worth? it has a couple really small cracks in it

I don't really know...they are pretty hard to find, though. I have one for each of my Olympics, but I'm a packrat...lol.
