Hi,

I am just getting back into snowmobiling after a 6 year hiatus. The last sled I owned was a 2002 MXZ600 adrenaline. I am looking at a lot of classifieds and it seems that Ski-doo had many issues with engines burning down and having to be rebuilt etc.

Can someone help me with what years and engine sizes had the issues? I can't find a definitive answer other than "rotax series III"

I know 03 rev's have issues.

Every sled has its own issues, but 02,03,04 revs have issues, and some old mxzs had there issues to. But that doesnt mean anything. You can have a 2002 ski-doo mxz 600 and it may work perfect I may have the same sled and there be lots of problems with it.
