Just picked up a 98 Polaris indy 500. There is a serious misalignment of the skis. The right trailing arm is bent, but I didnt think such a small bend could cause the ski to be so misaligned. Here are some pics. Will replacing the trailing arm bring the ski back to alignment?

the aluminum or steel arm at the top of the spindle just comes off (replace it if it is stripped)
realign it toed out 1/4".

Ckeck the linkage rod it may be bent. The arm on the top come's off and there is spline's and if there stripped you will need to replace the spindel or the arm. Make shure the handel bars are strait before you take it apart.
