carb keeps flooding motor with fuel... have had carb off twice to clean, and have replaced the carb with a parts sled carb and it was also cleaned but still overloads cylinder with fuel... anyone have any ideas??
is the choke fully opening or the wrong main jets, will produce that problem along with a bad needle and seat , faulty or miss adjusted float could also be the culprit
It's probably the adjustment on the bottom of the integrated fuel pump if it still has the factory Keihin carb. You'll need to adjust it to get the fuel level set correctly in the site glass on the side of the carb. If I remember correctly, you should try backing it out first to lower the level. Those Keihin carbs can be a pain.
