found this snowmobile which is in rough shape, engine seized,rotten tunnel and no carb. I got the engine unseized fairly easily now i need a carb. does anyone know what carb i am looking for or if a carb off of some different model will work ( was there a common carb used in early 70s yamaha sleds ). any input would be great.

Also what is the difference between sl 338c and 338b

the yamaha part# is 810-14501-09-00. they are on ebay starting@ about $250 and up. not sure about the dif between the 338 b and c. hope this helps good luck.

this very nice post and i also looking for spare parts for my Yamaha but it's price is too high can you please tell me some alternative which should be cheap too.
