A friend has a 2000 (8/99) A.C. Powder Special 600 with a running problem. It sounds like a fuel filter from the complaint, but on inspection the fuel pressure regulator has no vacuum hose attached. I have never seen one intended to be unhooked, and the dirt looks like it had a hose, but none is to be found.
If you have the manual, or one of these sleds, where does the hose go? Is the fuel filter in the tank?

Never mind, met a guy riding the same sled today and it has no hose either. Time for a fuel filter.
