hoping someone can ease my confusion...

have a 1991 arctic cat cougar 440 two up...love it...ride all the time

i was told when we got it (used) it may need the chain update because some sleds had a chain installed that is too long, and reverse would have issues. so we had it done and ever since it has been fine (took out a too long chain and put in a 68 pitch). i have since been told that was wrong and must be undone...can any one tell me the true criteria for the chain update?

If you know the part number just go to www.brownsleisureworld.com (http://www.brownsleisureworld.com) & look it up in the parts fische. I use this trick all the time. I never order a part without giving the dealer the part #. That way you know you're getting what you really want!
